Do you notice these signs in your child?
- Gets very upset, worried or frustrated when things do not go their way.
- Has trouble calming down after anger or sadness.
- They often say “I don’t know” when asked how they feel, or mix up emotions
- They say things like “I’m bad,” “Nobody likes me.
If these sound familiar, your child isn’t alone. Many kids feel this way. And the great news is, these Emotional skills are not fixed – they grow with practice and can be learned.
Our workshop offers practical brain based research tools, expert support to help build emotional resilience in children.
Here’s Why I created this program
Research shows a child’s emotional intelligence (EQ) is a better predictor of future success than IQ. Let’s equip our children with the skills they need to thrive.

Meet your Mentor
Hi, I am Meenu, the Co-founder and Chief Training officer of ThinkleBuds and I’ll be leading kids through this emotional wellbeing journey.
As a mother to a 10-year-old, I’ve experienced first-hand how important it is to nurture emotional vocabulary and coping skills. Coaching my own daughter has given me a deep, personal understanding of the challenges kids face and the practical tools that really work.
I approach my sessions in a friendly way with simple, fun based games and interactive hands on activities where each child is heard and feels included.
My mission is to empower the next generation with the tools they need to thrive, lead, and live more meaningful lives.

FAQs
My child is very shy. Will they be forced to speak?
Not at all. We create a safe and supportive space where children participate at their own pace. Through games and fun activities, even shy kids start opening up naturally.
What if they miss a class?
We will share a short recap and simple practice activity so your child can easily catch up. Since each day builds on the previous, they’ll still be able to follow along.
How is this different from regular school learning?
Schools focus on academics, while this program focuses on emotional intelligence—helping children understand their feelings, build coping skills, show empathy, and develop a positive mindset.
What specific activities will my child do?
Each day includes interactive games (like Emotion Charades), role plays, storytelling, journaling, and calming exercises like breathing or mindful stretches—all designed to make learning fun.
How will I know if my child is making progress?
You’ll receive simple updates, reflection sheets, and a “Feelings Toolkit” your child creates during the workshop. These let you see the coping skills and strategies they’re learning.
What age group is this best suited for?
This program is designed for children ages 8–12. The activities are playful enough for younger kids while still meaningful and engaging for older ones.
What if I don’t see any change in my child?
Emotional skills take practice, but you will notice small shifts—like your child naming feelings, pausing before reacting, or using calming tools. We are confident in the impact of this program, and if you attend all 5 days and don’t feel it has helped, we’ll work with you to provide extra support or resources to reinforce the learning at home.
Don’t let your child struggle with big feelings alone—help them build emotional strength and resilience in just 5 days!
