Every big idea starts with a small moment of realization. Ours began in the middle of corporate boardrooms and endless lines of code.
We were software engineers—one at Deloitte, the other at Accenture. On the surface, it looked like we had it all—a stable career, good pay, and a clear path ahead. But deep down, something felt missing. There was no spark, no purpose. We knew we wanted to do something more meaningful, something that truly made a difference.
That’s when we stumbled upon the world of image consulting and soft skills training. It opened our eyes to a truth we hadn’t noticed before—while corporates spent millions on leadership and confidence-building workshops, the real need wasn’t in boardrooms. It was in classrooms.
Why wait until adulthood to build essential life skills when they can be nurtured in childhood? Why not give children the tools to develop confidence, leadership, gratitude, and emotional intelligence right from the start?
This thought led us to action. We began teaching kids soft skills, creating fun and engaging activities that helped them express themselves, believe in their abilities, and handle life’s challenges with ease.
The more we taught, the more we saw the transformation. A shy child raising their hand for the first time. A hesitant voice turning into a confident speaker. A nervous kid leading a group activity with pride.
It was magical. And we wanted every child to experience this growth.
That’s how ThinkleBuds Journals was born—a collection of thoughtfully designed journals that don’t just teach soft skills but weave them into daily life. From gratitude to resilience, from self-confidence to emotional awareness, each journal is crafted with the same love and passion that started our journey.
